Apply today - www.kleencousa.comPosition Summary: Responsible for completing maintenance and construction jobs with high quality and managing material, equipment, expenses and a crew to ensure work is completed in a timely, safe and profitable manner. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesBuild Temp Dust Containment WallsRepair and/or replace damaged concreteConcrete work-shoveling, leveling, placing, screed and strike off, help concrete finishersMetal deck replacementInstallation of multi-part epoxy and coating systemsClean, sandblast, paint, caulk, seal metal tubing and beamsRebar installation WeldingAdherence to company and OSHA safety procedures is a top priorityProfessional and courteous communication with customersTravel required, typically on the road for a week or two at a time. Pay based upon experience, per diems, hotel costs, and travel time provided by company.Leads crew to perform work orders. This includes direction at the jobsite as well as making sure all administrative work (hours/DOT logs/expenses/etc.) is completed for the entire crew.Completes work using industry standards and construction knowledge, working solo or with crew.Assists in scheduling and developing Operations Plan for projects.Consistently monitors expenses and stays within budget.Completes paperwork and customer requirements in a timely fashion.Manages material and equipment ordering.Communicates with both internal and external customers in a professional, courteous manner.Creates comprehensive, accurate scopes of work and clearly relays the information needed for an accurate bid to be created.Ensures that all work at each jobsite is completed safely. Makes adherence to company and OSHA safety procedures a top priority.Tasks include, but are not limited to: Repairs and New Construction; Welding, Masonry, Concrete, Fencing, Carpentry, Flooring, and Equipment OperatingDepartment ExpectationsActs as a role model and leader within and outside of the department.Demonstrates and models strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations.Maintains a positive and respectful attitude.Adheres to company policies and procedures.Is dependable and accountable for actions.Has excellent organizational skills and initiative to improve processes.Communicates regularly with Department Operations Manager and Support Manager.Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to work independently and prioritize work.Maintains knowledge of industry trends and helps ensure company's compliance.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesCrew Leader is responsible for any laborer or other member of the team that is assigned to his/her specific project or work order.Qualifications Must pass drug screen and have a valid driver's license. Must have good driving record and be able to be insured to drive by Kleenco's insurance provider.Job requires 100% travel, must be willing to be out of town for extended periods of time.Must be flexible with hours and shifts. Working time often depends upon customer requirements.Education and/or Experience Five or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with additional on-the-job training provided by Kleenco. Job Status is classified as a non-exempt Skilled Craftsman.Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret construction blueprints
