**Job Purpose**

This position will be responsible for the effective day-to-day operations of all Material Handling teams, and will include overall responsibility for; receiving and shipping, warehousing, area kitting, parts presentation to the various production areas and material auditing. Responsible for all quality, delivery, cost, recognition and morale goals for Inventory Control, Consumer Planning and Warehousing; work with various members of leadership team and plant salaried and hourly team members to resolve personnel issues. Support the company mission, vision and values. Manage areas of responsibility to ensure the overall effectiveness of direct and indirect reports.

**Key Job Elements**

o Plan and manage appropriate manpower to support production departments;

o Ensure efficient inventory control & stock keeping in all production departments;

o Ensure required inventory accuracy through effective inventory control techniques including Internal Audits, Cycle Counts, and Physical Inventory;

o Oversee all warehousing activities;

o Oversee in-plant Shipping & Receiving activities;

o Manage all production area material handling activities;

o Ensure parts are provided to Production accurately, on time, and in an organized manner;

o Participate in Monthly Safety Meetings;

o Ensure overall Safety program support;

o Support PRS Mission, Vision, and Values;

o Supervise & Support Supervision in all areas of responsibility;

o Absenteeism Control - Salary & Hourly;

o Adhere to and enforce all company .

**Education / Training**

o University Degree (Business Management or Supply Chain Specialty preferred) or equivalent experience;

o APICS Designation preferred.

**Qualifications and Experience**

o Experience with materials flow in low-volume, complex BOM environment;

o Experience and thorough knowledge of ERP systems;

o Proven excellent people management experience: coaching, managing performance, goal setting;

o Knowledge of applicable safety legislation;

o Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing Focused;

o Knowledge of safety related training for mobile equipment environment.
